Carbon Fibre Sheet

Welcome to the widest range of carbon fibre sheet sizes and the best prices on the web in the UK!!  First of all, some definitions!!!  Any difference between carbon fiber sheet and carbon fibre sheet?  Only the spelling - and that seems to depend on what side of the pond you are - and likewise all our sizes are shown in millimetres and decimal inches (ie 1mm = 0.040")  To get a price and order your sheet:

1. Simply select the thickness of carbon fibre sheet that you need from the list now shown on the left hand margin or at the bottom of this page, then

2. Pick the size (ie area) of carbon fiber sheet you need. 

At the top of each 'thickness' menu page, you will find some notes on exactly how the material is made, and some examples of applications it is best suited to. 

Don't be fooled by inferior grade products at prices a few pence below ours - the only grade of material we have found that is the same as ours is nearly 20% more per sheet size!...To help you understand the differences between the ways carbon fiber sheet is made, please follow this link to a page showing Carbon Fibre (Carbon Fiber) Sheet Information.   

Note: All carbonology carbon fibre sheet has a moulded 'A' surface which is gloss and will have the very minimum of imperfections that we can produce depending on the thickness (ie there may be some localised pinholing or small surface defects on the thicker sheets, but generally this can only be seen under very close inspection and does not affect the strength or stiffness in any way. In practise, thickness of less than 1mm will be unmarked)

The reverse surface is not moulded and is produced by a vacuum bag. There will be some surface thickness deviation and usually a fine fabric 'weave' print in relief on the surface.  This surface is usually ideal for bonding with the minimum of work - or can be machined/worked to produce a flat surface if you need one. Please note that we do not supply 'Double A side' sheet.

The actual carbon fibresurfaces (A and B) are finished in the popular "2x2" Twill weave (2x2 3k to be exact) carbon. If you need other sizes of sheet - email us for a rapid quotation (we will get back to you within a couple of hours max).... info@carbonology.com
