SP 115 is a low viscosity, ultra-clear epoxy laminating system. It has been designed for the manufacture and coating of laminates where the last layer of fabric or surface is to be left visible - for example modified cars with carbon panels, wooden decks on watercraft etc and is often used in sail and surfboards which are to remain unpainted, and where a very clear finish is required. In this way colourful embedded graphics and attractive fabric weave styles can be kept visible. This is a 1Kg pack with a mix ratio of 5 parts resin to 2 parts harder (ie 100 to 40).
Most importantly, SP115 is UV stable and will not breakdown in direct sunlight - If you're going to make something that will spend prolonged periods in the sunshine, and is not going to be painted or lacquered, then you need to make it/cover it in SP115!
